Guest Cabin

This cedar cabin has one bedroom with a queen size bed and two sets of bunk beds to accommodate as many as 6 people comfortably. A full private bath and kitchen is included.

Kick back and relax in the shade of the front porch.

Visitors can hash up their own country breakfast in the cabin's kitchen.

Enjoy a mouthwatering T-Bone steak or possibly a hamburger right off the grill of our picnic area.

Comfortable accommodations await you in our guest cabin.

Bunkbeds are a favorite with kids or for those who want to feel like a kid.

Absorb the beauty of this area surrounding historic chimney Rock and the rugged Wildcat Hills.

Camping

Treat yourself to a small, out of the way, but easily accessible, campground where you can be close to Mother Nature. Wake up to the sounds of birds chirping or spot a coyote running across the pasture in the early morning light. Spend your evenings watching the sun set behind the bluffs and study the stars at night. You may even hear a mother cow bawl to her baby calf.

The camping area for RVs, campers and vans offers scenic views of the Wildcat Hills in a rugged atmosphere, unlike the concrete and pavement of other campgrounds. Our 3300 acre working cattle ranch is available to you for a challenging hike, bike or trail ride. We have 20 & 30 amp electrical hookups and water hydrants nearby, but most sites are rather primitive for a real "back to nature" camping experience. A relaxing picnic area with barbeque grill is provided for you convenience. (Sorry we do not presently have a shower house.)

Bird Watching

Get away from the stress and pressures of the daily grind. A secluded cabin retreat at the base of the Wildcat Hills is waiting for you to experience in western Nebraska, 20 miles southeast of Scottsbluff. This quaint cedar cabin overlooks the rolling pastures and rugged pine-dotted bluffs on a 3,300-acre working cattle ranch. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 6), full bath and kitchen facilities as well. There is a picnic area and barbeque grill nearby.

We offer two options with our Cabin Retreat. One, you may choose to just "rent" the cabin and take care of all your own meals, or two, you may choose to use our B&B services where we provide you with a full breakfast, continental breakfast, or furnish you with the fixin's (including farm fresh eggs) to "do it yourself" in your own private kitchen. (We try to accommodate special dietary needs.) Bring your own supper supplies to fix in your private kitchen or on the grill. Dinner for two in town at one of our fine area restaurants is another option available.

Come sit on the porch and relax as you enjoy the solitude of country life. Listen to the prairie birds chirping and hear mama cows bawling to their calves. See a coyote running across the pasture or watch our golden eagle sour gracefully over the cliffs. Late in the day you'll be able to see the biggest treat of all! Our gorgeous Nebraska sunset!

There is no TV or telephone to disturb your solitude.
